For this reason, most statistics about international migration into Des Moines cited in the news media are probably referring either to Polk County or to the Des Moines metro as a whole (Polk, Dallas, Warren, Madison, Guthrie).

This is in the Madison, WI area which is overpriced in general and there aren't all that many options.

I utilize Madison Management and they have a fees sheet you can take a look at on their website to see what some of your fees may be. 

I own 4 LTR in Huntsville/Madison and I recommend Carolyn Dietrich with Dietrich and Associates.
