@Randall JacobsIf you are going tile for the long haul, then porcelain or slate may be better choices ... if they are chipped, the colour goes all the way through.That said, large areas of tile are not terrible popular in areas where there are *real*, prolonged winters as it is uncomfortably cold underfoot.

Ceilings were raised, all new flooring (combination of bamboo, porcelain, carpet, and marble), new kitchen island w/ built in microwave & wine fridge, new appliances, fancy tile work in bathrooms with the master getting a bigger marble shower, built in double desk, stone ledge fireplace, painted exterior, recessed lighting, new fence, new furnace, ect….

Currently, it is a top mount and porcelain.

Porcelain tile floors are harder to lay than I thought. ;) Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

We put in 1800 sq ft of LVT in our Lakehouse & it has been amazing.This is a transition between porcelain tile in a kitchen & vinyl LVT in the living room.

I am seeking a flooring company that installs porcelain tiles in the Long Branch area.

The appliances are so old that the porcelain finish has worn off in places. 

If the tile is ceramic or porcelain, scrape any loose grout and caulk every seam, grout joint, etc and that will get you a little while.

It also depends what type of flooring you are going for such as tiles, porcelain, natural stone, laminate, vp, lvp, EH, or hardwood.
