Our house is the green roof in the middle of the green forest.  

This hill isn’t the best for forest land.

In our reviews our lake, pool, size of our house and location relative to everything else gets the most mentions.

The beaches, rivers, lakes, and waterfalls are beautiful and enjoyable to go to.  

As a resident (who travels a lot) I would say the Midwest does not have the attractions like palm trees & beaches (the great lakes are cold) or amazing mountain ranges, which often come with some disadvantages like high cost of living or hut/humid weather, stroms etc. 

I invest in college towns and resort towns mostly with a summer lake warm lakes and ski hill within 30 min with little to no vacancy.
