If you compare it to a savings account, it looks completely different.The average flip is turning in $20-30k out in under a 6 month hold on 100k-125k investment.  

Assuming you are in a major city where it's expensive and assuming you have your construction/architect/re/engineer team and know your construction and real estate inside and out trying to do a small flip in under a year (not buy hold) do you think your better off in the stock market?

They also spend 4 years in college studying for skills in particular careers that they could be trained in under 2 years or less. 

Get moving on a pre-approval and start your home search in earnest and you might be in your new home in under 8 weeks.

I originally rented my own unit out and did all of the marketing and found a tenant in under 2 weeks.

If they can’t meet this you gotta find someone else.Probably about 50 percent of the time I get a response in under an hour

Apparently, the property was listed after my email went out, the owners/realtor was inundated with interest, so they set a deadline for end of that same day.

A realtor friend told me that he has sold 2 similar homes in the neighborhood for over their asking price (~100k), in under 24hrs.
