When we send larger mailers what ends up happening, since I'm taking the calls, is that I only chase the ones that initially seem motivated, but more and more after a few years of doing this it is the follow up that really seems more important, and I feel like I'm not interfacing with leads well enough because they seem like junk at the time they call. 

Most of these other services are simply white lable authorized resellers, so they mark up the price in addition to the data charge.Click2Mail uses such a database, but the interface is pretty confusing.

I have been using FRED's mobile app, but I would like something with a more Canadian focus and better user interface.

We took the most time figuring out who was going to be doing our cleaning, as they would be the ones in there every few days, and would be helping us to understand what's going on at the cabin.We chose someone who:-Uses an app to interface with our calendar -- so we don't have to keep communicating about the schedule-Charges monthly instead of requiring payment after every cleaning-Is just REALLY easy to communicate with.

Don't have the time/inclination to self-manage, or interface with a manager?

The landlord may have associates with something coming up.Do not let your girlfriend interface with the landlord or PM.  

Even with how powerful excel is, I still chose to use Podio because having good interface and a database back end for my data is a huge advantage...plus being in the cloud doesn't hurt.

We have tried Asana and the user interface is great, however it is harder to customise and run on your cell phone.

The other issue I saw was that the user interfaces just aren't quite there yet.

Any tips on how to choose a good assessor, and how to interface with them?
