I am not a huge fan of them personally as they are PE investors and have a very, very narrow view of the industry and how it should be approached. 

The country is the economic powerhouse of Europe, with a highly diversified economy driven by strong industrial, automotive, and technological sectors.

The sponsor is likely suggesting that your monthly cash-flow will be shielded by depreciation and you will likely see your 'tax hit' when the syndication disolves which in industry standards is likely 5 to 7 years.

I can see this industry moves at the speed of light and it's a bit overwhelming... once I get my ish together I would like to connect.

For me, this is just a few extra bucks I have to pay to the CPA industrial complex.

Just take what you get for free, which is an Airbnb listing, and just put the best most spectacular pictures you possibly can on there and after you’ve done that, go back and look at your listing and try to think of ways to make those pictures even betterI think that’s pretty much the formula to success in this industry.

I am completely new in this industry but I am wondering how hard money and private investing works for flipping.

I'm in the small Eugene market, which in terms of industry and jobs offers no real reason to be here.

I see what you mean about offering a higher return to a potential investor, especially if they are not familiar with my character/experience in the industry.
