College used to be a lot more affordable, I studied in Europe (where college is free) and it blows my mind to see kids with 200k student loan debt trying to get ahead on a 50k job.The housing market has started to drift apart geographically.

Lenders will allow parents to be a non-occupying co-borrower on a home your college student plans to live in.

Damn, I hate the democrats and their stupidity of pushing everything for free (free healthcare, forgiveness of student loans and debts, free rent), etc.

Similar to student housing.  

It's currently renting for $995 to two married Med School students with good income and good credit scores.The biggest point here: NEVER WORK WITH MORRIS INVEST.

They just gave me $905 (why not 900 lol) for a 1 BR in my 7 unit across from the RTA in East Clev, whoop , cash would be about 650, oh and 1700 for my 4 BR in Lee Harvard , 

@Aaron Gordon  we did the student rentals down here in Narragansett for  a long time and the more accurate screening was getting the major.

I was really looking for a feedback from their students who actually did the program, your response certainly helps.Congratulations on your first STR, good luck with your STR empire.
