This will result in every rent increases be max allowed and the law makers will blame the greedy LL.  

There is no doubt about it that you can find higher returns in other areas, but I just get nervous about states that protect tenants too much and treat all landlords like they are rich and greedy vampires trying to suck every dime out of the little guy.

Hi,I came across the "Protege" mentorship program being offered by Peter Harris.It is more greedy than I thought.

It appears the bond market continues to call BS, remaining dubious that inflation will come down rapidly (or potential labor market weakening).And those traders may be right, at least for now.Fed Fund futures are now pricing in ~4 rate cuts in 2024, down from 6+, which it has fluctuated around the past few months.
