Have you found there to be a lot of differences in theprocesses you create and follow for the different markets?

I bought a book about investing in parks, but have only found 1 book about building a park, which was from the late 1950's. 

I've found that I like what I'm doing here, (cash flow) much better.

@Tyler Lingle I found a couple prior to even posting this (CIREIA Club) but was curious about others before making a decision on which one(s) to focus my time. 

The virtual agency, The Real Estate CPA, was featured on Bigger Pockets and has their own podcast but I have not found any reviews for them. 

I've found that great things happen when people talk and I'd love for us to stay connected.

I had listed a 10-unit property in Cincinnati, OH, and found a buyer through an agent from a different office.

We weren't willing to take that risk.My wife operated our first home and after a few months we found a really solid knowledgeable manager who took over operations while still working closely with my wife. 

I have found that *most* tenants will be honest about what they did and did not do.

We are frequent users of the Rental Property Calculator and have found a few promising leads thus far but also know that is just the beginning of the process.
