Anyone have any experiencing getting the city/utlities company to add separate meters?  

We've always hired a tax protest company and have done so in three different states.

I use one of the most expensive snow removal companies in town for a 16-plex that has 240 linear feet of sidewalk and 10,000 square feet of parking lot.

Since the previous owner is getting most of the proceeds does the closing attorney issue him a 1099S and then issue my company one for a much lower amount?

No I would not go with a company charging that.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self-storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

I understand that it's unrealistic to expect anyone to treat your property with the same level of care you would, but the company we hired has been a NIGHTMARE.
