Failure is not the opposite of success, it's part of success.

I have 2 black belts, one in failure and one in success!

I think the failure of thought is to think any 1 singular approach alone is any kind of "silver-bullet" sure thing. 

Ask the judge what criteria you have not fulfilled and if all is satisfied ask on record to have the eviction executed immediately and perhaps throw in a comment about failure to act providing damages.

The experience goes with track record - do they have a history of doing this and being successful as well as having failures.

It’s never a here and now, I feel as though that mindset would set me up for failure.

None of these reasons are sufficient to justify a failure of fiduciary responsibility. 

And for me, I don't like anything with a single point of failure or that can be changed.

So never waste a failure, learn from the no's and how to attack similar conversations or situations differently in the future to give you a better chance at success.
