We're wanting to purchase a 2nd home out there near Disneyland.

Take you family on vacation to SoCal (or maybe Zurich) ... 20 min to Disneyland and lunch will be on me :)

Now that I'm back from Vegas, the adult Disney Land, I updated some information and added a photo of my girlfriend and I on our way to see Eddie Griffin.

Look for an area near a national park, a large attraction (Disneyland, Dollywood, etc.), or something that attracts people on vacation.

I'm in California and on a whim last year took the kids to Dollywood and that area (Disneyland, So Cal etc. get old) and they still talk about it as one of their most favorite vacations.

Would you want to still be paying 4% interest on a Disneyland vacation from 1989?

Does anyone here have an AirBnB near Disneyland (Anaheim, CA) or have any info on any restrictions?
