@Russell Brazil this really confuses me, after the conversation Friday with the Maryland RE commission, I was told that I do not need a Real Estate or Brokers License to manage property for owners.

@guy idan  It's great to vet the sponsor, but you should also understand the "nut and bolts" of each syndicated asset that you plan to invest in.

In a nut shell, Pueblo West is what Denver was 25-30 years ago.

@Russell Brazil even if it is written in the contract that they'll have to get done?

But I think someone would be nuts to pay that because of the Reno costs?
