Since the cost of starting an LLC in MI is only $50, and the cost to keep it in good standing is only $25 per year (sorry CA), the cost to do this is not an obsticle.All of this is part of the January & February Workshops. 

I like those hangar homes that have a very large man cave in the front part of the living area which I could use it as a workshop and other things and the living quarters are in the back with an extended patio behind the building.

Attending a three day "workshop" to upsell me to a $15K program doesn't sound like a wise investment AT THIS TIME. 2.

But this one got me - I recently saw a guru advertising a workshop for gurus.

I have attended several real estate workshops with ‘gurus’ that came with a $20-60k price tag, and Lifetime Unlimited (per suggestion from someone here on BP). 

He's also paying it forward through his Jumpstart Germantown program by offering educational workshops for newbie real estate investors.

There is also a free Rich Dad® Education Workshop in Westminster I just found, that is on 07/30 next week.

I use it as a workshop.
