If a tenant says I left it spotless and it is full of garbage 2 weeks later how do you know the tenant did it or if someone broke in and did it? 

Innago allows unlimited e checks despite a tenant having repeated NSF They also are taking over a week to process payments. so I need a platform that avoids at least these scenarios.

This week's educational lesson is understanding a loan sale agreement - especially one-sided agreements.

This was within 10 days. 2 weeks later and the buyers messaged and said it was still leaking.
