In my opinion, the transactional cost of buying and selling properties in Mexico (basically trading houses) might make it very challenging to make good profits if you are buying and selling as a foreigner.

However if you make it to his big event which does cost a fair amount of money .. the content is quite detailed and you will learn how to or what to do to find rehab and resell.. and a lot of detail about rehabbing from all major components costs etc.. one of the big rooms is a deconstructed house and he has experts in from each trade..

That being said, there are several frustrating trade offs when dealing with them.

Like the others, you want to find good contractors in all the trades and GC it yourself.

Finally, I spent two years almost exclusively working with investors, providing nearly every type of financing.My guess would be this: there is a very definable trade-off between local knowledge and access to properties that "check all of the boxes". 

You don't have to trade exact same type properties.
