You are also exposed to investors speaking guru talk and folklore, look to who is giving advice, not necessarily soaking up what you want to hear but who has the education, experience and knowledge of real estate or a topic.

The concern I had was the fumes soaking into the porous wood and subsequently returning to the air for the occupants of the home to breathe.

I am new to real estate and looking for as much knowledge as I can possibly soak up. 

I'm reading blogs, posts, books, listening to Podcasts and watching Youtube videos from seasoned vets to try and soak up as much knowledge as possible.

I'm here to soak up as much information as possible.
