Pat A How can a homeowner get back/buy back the house after shortsale?

This affidavit may contain verbiage which could forbid the buyer from allowing the seller to remain in the property including any immeidate family members.Although I have see several which allows a non-immediate relative of the seller to rent or purchase the property, it will more than likely disallow any relative by marriage or by blood. Most attorney's agree that mortgage fraud is difficult to prove, but certainly having a prior agreement with the seller, even one where their sister or brother is to live in the property, could be construed as fraud.

My sister had a heck of a time with false alarms.Keep in mind that many police stations/LEOs won't respond to an automated call, they want a human to call it in.The first defense is simply a deterant, actually the signs will keep amatures away, kids looking for a few bucks or something to hock.If you are in a neighborhood I suggest meeting the neighbors and everyone keeps an eye out for each other.

im not sure on the average time a home is on the market in the area but just within the last month ive seen a couple of them drop in price 15k and then sold immidiately. also there are definatley some that have been on the market for a while also. there are about 5 long term care facilities in the area also, 2 of which are relatively new. my sister works at one of these facilities and says theyre always full. being a senior community i cant help but think that there are quite a few for sale because of deaths or transfers to these facilities. im just having a hard time picking out which ones those are. also every summer there are lots of roofing and landscaping going on which seems that people in the are doing proper upkeep and updating of the homes. ive been to a number of estate sales in the area and almost all of them have been near perfect resell condition. some had a dated interior but not sure if that would affet a senior whos just looking to retire there
