HVAC questions

Several questions.

1. I am in the mid Atlantic area. Its a 1100 sq. Single story. ft house, has ductwork and a heater. I need to add AC. What is the best and most cost effective way to do this? Set. Cost

2. small fire in the hall bath. Room is gutted besides the tub, an engineered trust has one area where the fire distroyed the bottom piece. Can this be cut out and a new section installed? Maybe sister a new board in place?

3. Estimate the cost of a complete bathroom redo? Vinyl floors, vanity from Lowes, toilet and tub surround?
