I have a client that uses a local bank account and it won't pull so I would have to manually enter them.But you can use it as a corporate level accounting.I have another client that uses Buildium to manage his own and other properties and he has his corporate accounting in there so he didn't have to get another accounting platform.

The purpose for setting it up as a STR was simply to help defray the cost of owning and maintaining the property, but again we feel that the time we put into it is taking away from our quality of life with our family/kids.We're looking for advice on what to do with the property.

I wrote a Blog on this very subject.You will eventually learn enough to be of help to yourself, just keep doing it and record the prices so you can start to get a feel for SF costs.One thing I can offer is this website,I have checked them out and they are fairly accurate , you enter your zipcode, I just hate for people to be off by even $10k, that could be your profit on some projects, right?
