Please do not take this as me discouraging anyone from wholesaling, I am just reinforcing the importance of being fully aware of how wholesaling works and what it takes to be successful if you pursue that avenue.

I think as they are/we are going through adversity and gain small success, it comfort them/us in their/our vision and reinforce the mindset and the discipline.

Definitely reinforces my early impression of different areas and gives insights on some I was unaware of.

They will also come to realize that your care.Grow your leadership and reinforce the notion that these people deserve better.

Finally to reinforce the house-flip scenario, be prepared for unforeseen ($$$$)  and adjusting to Point of Sale Violation List requirements on the east side of town and pockets of similar barriers on the west side of the greater Cleveland metropolitan area.  

I've talked to many men who wish they had this tool set, most people respond better to positive reinforcement where as negative reinforcement can usually be paired with a decrease in performance.

. ~80 miles from where I sit right now probably 60% of basements with blocks have been replaced or reinforced so that the house sits on steel posts and posts have been installed along all exterior basement walls so that the blocks can’t shift anymore.

But, it does reinforce my belief that if a Christian is supposed to live his life upholding the ideals of Jesus, it would be wrong for that person to refuse to help the poor, just because they make poor choices or because they are lazy.
