I’ve thoroughly educated myself with “free” content and still feel nervous taking the first step.  

I had a title company that advised me every step of the way.

You are stepping in to catch some form of falling knife on a deal and team that dropped the knife to begin with. 

Remember, however, that there are many steps from offer acceptance to closing, and if you’re not familiar with the process, it could be much more costly to not have an agent to assist you, at least until you know what to look out for.

I'm not sure what the steps are from here to obtain financing and would love any help.
