So I have a mobile home park I am trying to purchase.

We've structured construction loans on deals in Charlottesville where the investor replaces a mobile with a modular in desirable locations near a winery.

Good morning, I have a off market 9 lot with a 3/2 house on the property & a 1 bed apartment above the garage total of potential 11 doors. 3 mobile home lots are empty/vacant.

In July my husband and I decided to downsize our 2200 sq ft home to a nice mobile home in a nice Manufactured Home Community. 

What size mobile will each septic support? 

I bought a property about 6 months ago and it was a one acre lot with an old mobile home on it.

I recently came across a mobile home that was zillow priced at 60k.

hello everyone, i am looking at paying a small  ( 8 homes) mobil home park in Colorado, i have never done a deal like this before and i am wondering what kind of financing i can get after i buy it for cash, can i get my money back out of it or at least 70% with a commercial loan or something like that. i as not looking for mobil parks but i have always been interested in them and flips are getting harder and harder to find with everyone doing them and also over paying for them, so when i saw this as a rental opportunity i thought i might try it, i have a few rentals as of now, and long term rentals in where i want to be. i am just flipping to raise capital to buy the right multi family . any and all help with this would be great. thank you so much Jason Eberhardt 

I currently own two self-storage facilities (and soon to be three, this month) and hopefully there will be a small mobile home park in the very near future.
