I know there must be an issue with the paint peeling but I am wondering whether a good power washing a painted brick house will repaint okay also.

If there is lead based paint on the walls, and the paint is peeling, then you might have to have the home painted again, but check with the local area about laws about lead based paint and the land lords responsibility.

They got a list for high grass, peeling paint, failing roof and crap in the yard?  

The trust masks the beneficial interest (owners), and if they are smart, the owners are LLCs. 

And the exterior needed to be painted due to several areas having peeling paint but that couldn't be done immediately since my paint guys were really slammed at the time.

Generally here's usually a small fee and an annual or biennial inspection for things like fire alarms, peeling paint, broken windows or other unsafe living conditions.

(some don't prep and will paint right over bugs and dirt). that is where the price comes in..... the good guys will actually prep it, which takes time the price will be higher- but its done right and you won't have to re-do it in 1 year bc it peeled.
