I noticed a pattern of unmet needs for renters in a clearly booming rental market; that owners are not privy to or getting from their own property management efforts, personal or professional.I have begun creating profiles that must be visited daily, of renters who desire to lease in the Wichita and suburban area.

@George Frye buy them out then.... find other investors and sell them the notes.I am not a NPN expert as the only NPN I bought I did not offer reinstatements I simply moved straight to foreclosure they either paid me off or we ended up with the asset.As my personal experience with those in default is they will revert to same bad patterns and I don't care to go through their drama and sob stories.
