Not to be disrespectful Sharon, but you have an incredibly skewed misunderstanding of what real estate management entails and this experienced real estate person who just finished her property management class I fear is about to get a great education in how not to conduct business.I laugh when I hear owners who think that a manager should share in the losses of the owners investment.

They wanted people to oversee it who have been in the business and understood it.There is always a win/win/win until about 4 days into it and someone feels cheated (During an inspection, a lawn mower, a misunderstanding about a lot line or a neighbors use of the property, a leak that appears or a windstorm knocking a tree over, a mortgage guy that is going to be late on commitment, a bounced EMD check).

I might misunderstand the intent here but if you have been going from agent to agent to go look at property, with no offers or offers accepted aka closings, the past agents and current agent are likely just wanting to protect their time.
