Also...there is a custom builder close to me that sells houses "no qualifying no credit check...fog a mirror...etc" He sells the houses on that assumption, and the PRICE is a solid 15% above market value..those people will never refi..NEVER....so...when it comes to people with credit issues...it's terms..not price....If you doubt me....why are there title loan businesses?

You have developed the opinion that getting money is very hard, perhaps too hard and everything you have tried thus far has not worked out.Knowing there are many hurdles and that it is a difficult path is only half of it, you must stay focused and determined, leaving the negative in the term view mirror.

During the last few days, my project manager is replacing all the outlets, switches, smoke alarms, mirrors, registers/returns, door-knobs, etc.For our typical project, this all takes about 10-12 days.
