They talked to us about how they met and why things were getting tense - it was a very interesting experience - I don't usually get involved in other people business either - but sometimes , you're in a position where you feel like you have a moral obligation to say or do something - if we called the police I don't know how long it would have taken them to get there - but it seemed like something that couldn't be ignored at the time.

Either I have to offer 55% to 60% of the price the properties are listed for, in which case I will not be taken seriously and will soon be put an ignore list by the market, or I buy the property and demand an out-of-market rent, which is not possible to get.Please help me on how I can bridge this gap.2.

In no way are they meant to be legal advice and to be honest should most likely just be ignored :)You most likely could do it that way and could easily be within the contract to do it, but it may cost you some reputation in the future (or your realtors reputation).Think if you had a house for 100K and got an offer for 98K that day and said "Sure works for me" sign away.
