They will only accept if roof is torn off and redone.

Kiavi (formerly Lending Home) was one of the first lenders for Fix-n-Flip,but they are very automated.

From there, I would start to run numbers on those deals in that area/streets, and then start to connect with local agents/PMs to get an even better feel for pricing on homes along with rents for them. 

They have no way to force removal, other than to pay off the loan on a home they no longer own. 

If you have a few single family rental homes and are looking for a way to streamline leases, applications and rents, maybe rentredi is the right solution, but if you have a multi unit property or any serious management needs, look elsewhere. 

If you approached them in a way that you had a solution to the eyesore in their neighborhood they would be very receptive to talk and perhaps share contact details about the home owners son if they have them.

I am considering buy a home to flip.

My goal is to live in the home during the winters, maybe 3-4 additional weeks for vacation, then rent it out to help cover the mortgage the rest of the year.

Both bathrooms need a complete remodel as well as the kitchen, the ceiling in 2 of the bed rooms are bowed (previous roof leak that was fixed) so new ceiling drywall, appliances, flooring, and paint throughout.
