Unless you are very concerned that property values are going to collapse, I'd hang on to this investment.

If they call from a postcard from XYZ Homebuyers and hear someone's personal voicemail message, we found they hang up almost 80% of the time.

The idea of hanging on to it for an investment purpose when I already have it and want to head into the investment property business makes sense, but only if I can do it legally, feasibly and financially efficiently. 

The season for a business like this would probably be April to September, which is great for us since we don't like hanging around here when it snows anyway.

I am about to enroll through SABOR for my real estate licensing course and thinking about hanging my license with a sponsoring broker such as Texas Sponsoring Broker or Your LLC Broker afterword.
