Any advice out there for a newbie on how to buy properties at the lowest price and how to secure financing would be greatly appreciated.Finally, I'm really excited to be part of such a vibrant community of real estate minded people.

Personally, I think PVs (personal vaporizers aka e-cigs) are getting more of a bad rap than they should be getting.I'm a former smoker and now a "habitual" vaper.

We are people that habitually change our outward appearance to match the look we think will bring us fortune.

And for RE Agents, you guys are very fortunate as your clients are all intelligent, young, vibrant and educated.

Its move in ready after a good cleaning, and maybe some new paint over all the vibrant colors (unless you love "Auburn Orange"). 

If you got caught selling marketing a house you did not have title to you would probably get a slap on the wrist from the real estate commission for the first time but read  previous posts : if you are habitual and its  your business plan it's like $1000 a day in Ohio for brokerage activities

When real leadership that is friendly to small business and public safety returns, we will see the downtown core also return to its once vibrant state. 

While it's rare, we have seen this happen with a few tenants (especially those who are habitually late and have a different excuse each time).
