We bought a great deal and are clear what needs to be done before selling, but our hunch is that some renovations will add value to an end buyer but not to an appraiser.

These are all STR communities that have similar amenities, close to Disney and have various sized homes that do well in the STR space. 

Make sure you do your research as well.

However, in the Bay area you may be flipping a $3M teardown in hopes of getting $15M at the end of the day. 

Being furnished is also extra work, more things to break and be maintained.
