Little did I know,  that is producing FARRRRRRRRR better results in the passive income department than buying a Godamn $400K house just to make 100 dollars passive income a month.It is REDICULOUS.Now, I get 2 people to subscribe to my subscription-based products and voila, little risk, little overhead true passive income.SAAS is where it's at folks when it comes to passive income.

Even if there is not, offer different products. 

It's a special product.Regarding not having a standalone HELOC product, in 2022 during the heat of the low rate boom we did suspend our standalone product, and I can absolutely understand how that leaves a bad taste.In 2024 we are now a leader in the standalone HELOC and Closed End Second(CES) space! 

It really depends what loan product you choose.

I've had issues with PayPal for that and ultimately lost the money and the product I sold on eBay.
