Im looking to purchase a couple of 3Br 1bath SFH in Cahokia IL and rent them to Section 8.Does anyone have experience with the local Section 8 authority?

Hi im new, I recently turned 18, and I im asking for someone who is experience enough or wants to be of help for me to start wholesaleing. 

I’ve been manually scouring Zillow/MLS for deals, but it’s time-consuming, and I’d love to streamline this.2.Has anyone experimented with using machine learning models (like classifiers or regression models) to rate properties based on their condition from MLS listing photos?

From my experience, when I dive into the costs associated with building an ADU—including construction expenses and financing options like hard money loans—it often doesn’t make financial sense.

Short-term rentals are becoming oversaturated in certain markets plus anti-STR legislation is resulting in some of those properties also converting to long-term rentals.You already have the operations experience by self-managing.

Just thought I'd check here too to see if anyone had any direct experience with them. 

I am by no means a savvy investor so I would just like to hear other ideas that may be unconventional for a normal guy without much experience.
