These same "regular folks" that you sympathize with were the ones that would think they were very smart had their gamble paid off.Regarding banks, I think bank management deserves to be blamed by their shareholders, not their borrowers.

We're averaging about a week and a half until we get solid offers on our properties so James is really feeling the pressure from me to get these approval letters quickly.Well, apparently, a rogue agent or jealous competitor 'snitched' us out to the top whats her name commissioner (I already forgot b/c I just simply don't care) accusing us of fraudulent activities.

A buyer's agent not disclosing that he is a principle in the transaction (he is the buyer) is clearly fraudulent along with telling the banks that his offer was the highest?????

Hmmm...so odd that one does what ones thinks is right, and works hard, doesn't drink/break laws/gamble, college/4.0 g.p.a. advanced degrees, feeds the coffers of the mortgage lending profiteers and at church, and there is still no hope for any quality of life above rat-in-a-wheel slavery, and should be grateful to be able to do it...just seems really odd, somewhat inhumane.

By state law, officers of a non-profit are not held personally liable for corporate issues, unless the officer acts in a fraudulent or unlawful manner, so you have better protection personally from any trip and fall.There is usually nothing in a small non-profit for any creditor anyway.

I asked if it was legal, and if the lender should know about it, so I don't see how that makes anything fraudulent.
