As I see it, you won't know why the internet is not working until a Verizon technician or other qualified person examines the root cause of the problem.

Essentially what Owner Statements do is distribute net income, and one way to check to make sure it's working right is to examine the Equity section on your Balance Sheet, comparing total net income & retained earnings with net Distributions.

I gave you a great example on you other thread but lets examine another one:2 Bed/2 Bath all brickPurchase Price $18005 plus $6500 Rehab 100% Rented @$695 for 3+ years in a small community approx. 1 hour from AustinTenant accidentally starts a fire and the house is a total loss.
