I would lower my offer until it embarrassed me. 

My motive of starting this thread isn’t to embarrass Roofstock, but is to provide valuable info to other newbies so they don’t go through the same crap I went through.

Hello everyone, I am embarrassed to even have to admit that I completely fell for the guru investor education and mentoring and am looking for some help with getting a refund.I made the mistake of doing research after making my purchase and fighting with the company for them to provide the "so called mentoring" I purchased for 20 days which was outside the timeframe to get a refund. 

If you ask an atty. if they'll nickel and dime you (my sister did this, actually, right in front of me once - I was embarrassed.

Embarrassing another lawyer with a unable to perform after he introduces you will cause your reputation to go up in smoke. 

I started my remodeling shop with my reputation, tool-belt, hammer and..... a car. yeah, embarrassing, I didn't even have a truck at the time.   

I know without a doubt I will be doing deal, embarrassing the chaos of construction until the day I die or lose all my mental functions.

Also it's been said that if you're not submitting offers that are "embarrassing" then you're not going to find deals.
