Here is my question:Even though I am making $441,000 a year, it would take 16+ years to pay off all my debt even if I devoted 100% of the income towards paying off the mortgage.

My dad has transitioned into devoting all of his time to real estate investing as well and is working on a few projects which inspired me to take action as well.Through the local REI group and the connections I was introduced to there, the BP podcast, blog posts, and ultimate guide, as well as the occasional fatherly guidance I pulled off a goal I wanted to reach before I turned 21.

Fortunately I have good cash flow from retrirement and the VA to be able to live comfortably and I can devote myself full time to obtaining a rental portfolio.

My attorney instructed me not to discuss the details of this process with anyone, so for months I did not really check BP as I had to devote a lot of time and energy to this project. 

My husband and I have 2 rental properties that were our former homes and we are now ready to start making more real estate investments, primarily buy and hold.We just bought our current home this summer so do not have much saved, but we have about $10,000/mo that we are devoting to investing in real estate.  

I even had a paragraph devoted to that in the lease agreement, after I explained it to them I had them initial that paragraph.

With that said I would love to devote my time helping out someone that would be willing to pay me in knowledge and guidance.  

Streets must either be devoted to public use and maintenance, or private streets protected by permanent recorded Easements.The remaining economic life, as determined by the appraisal, must be greater than or equal to the term of the proposed mortgage.Be free of any encroachments.

I'm currently located in Orange County after devoting 10 years to being in the Army.

I'm pretty busy with my day job for the time being with no intention of leaving anytime soon, so my time is limited on how much I can devote to negotiating these deals.
