Now we are at like million people on this platform, pretty cool.

But when the market cools in the slightest, Opendoor will have to seriously adjust to make any money.

I wouldn't just tape those up.....Hard to tell on pix, but it may just be dust that is accumulating in areas due to normal air circulation/turbulence....if that's the case, you really just need to clean the unit up...... dust will kill the efficiency of cooling unitsWorst case is that its something liquid leaking and its blowing that material across that surface and dirt is sticking to thatBy sealing it up without knowing the issue, you are just encasing the issue out of site and will likely just postpone needing to deal with it.Id take the covers off and take  a better look....my gut is that's it dust material

We want to be unique enough that  visitors will pick our property on how beautiful or cool it is rather than it's the least expensive.

Am I correct to assume that mold, heat/cooling system, and insulation inspections would all require specialists in those fields or should a general home inspector be able to asses all of these areas.

If you've held a property for 5 years in Oklahoma, no capital gain tax is owed - seems pretty cool, right?

Keep in mind the market will cool, when it does you want to be as well positioned professionally as possible.
