You'd need another 75 reviews just to get to 4.0If you had 50 reviews and a 3 star rating, you'd need 150 reviews, all at 5 stars, to get to 4.5Honestly this smells like you were an extremely irresponsible host -- it takes a lot to get a 3 star rating.

hey guys,im looking to get in the game here in the Kitsap, Bremerton, Silverdale area within the year, is anyone having any luck on retal proprties i really want to start with multifamily house hacking but just don't know where to start finding a cash flowing property in this area any body have any tips in tricks for finding deals (I know this is what everyone ask), are you finding more off market deals and if you are how are you finding them in this area?

The unit smells awful, and to top it off with a cherry on the top, the tenant smokes which makes the smell of the unit even worse! 

We had cockroaches, we had weird smells, we had it all.

Cat piss smell never comes out if allowed to sit long enough and soak through the carpet, pad and into the concrete.

To Mike and Mike, the fact that this property is a concession is what concerns me most, and I thank both of you for bringing the issues to my attention.The realtor showed me other properties that were freehold, most of them on around a lot 3,000 to $5,000 square feet and a 5 to 10 minute DRIVE from the beach, not a 20 second to 60 second walk to the beach.Being that close to the beach, being able to see it, smell it, and walk with my surfboard to the ocean and surf in less than 60 seconds moves me emotionally more than having to get in a car and drive there.I am in my due diligence period till the 27th and will continue to think, listen and investigate.

You also have to bury the body on the land of said rental.
