If so you can put it on craigslist and see if someone would buy it for a small fee or take it for free. you can also call local scrap metal guys or companies and see if the will remove it for free or for a reduced fee. atleast if you have a contractor to do the renovation he can coordinate the removal on your behave. good luck.
