These newspapers and magazines have general requirements that no self promotion is allowed.....so it's heavy on the info and contains zero self promo.

When I was younger I used to sell smiley balls and magazine holders on eBay.

I went to an open house a few years ago--only one, so this isn't a REAL good guess,probably, :mrgreen: The owners were out, and there was a crew putting finishing touches on it--it appeared totally done for a magazine ad.This was a middle class neighborhood, as opposed to more expensive.
