I am more of a visual learner than reading a book

There's no substitution for your own visual evaluation.

I would love to send you some analysis of costs, revenues, and visualizations explaining what we are currently working at. 

If you haven't seen the show, he talks about his capital as soliders and that he expects every soldier to go into battle, return, and bring more captured soldiers with it.I literally imagine a $100 bill marching off into some medieval battle, returning with a captured $10 bill.This visual works for me for two reasons:1.

We all talk about “lack of inventory” being the problem with the market but this visual makes it easy to understand.

our current lot only has a SFR (COO pre 1978) and an unpermitted basement (within footprint of building) which we want to legalize.if you are open, i can message you some renders/drawings of our lot to help you visualize better. 

It's important to note that a home inspection is a non-invasive visual inspection and may not cover inaccessible or hidden areas.

I've been working on this data for the better of three weeks by pulling NH Prime MLS to create these visuals.

If there are indeed multiple points of failure in the system, some of which can't even be identified, because the lines are filled with roots and dirt, it may be necessary to expose the entire system for a visual inspection/replacements.
