Your link to the slowing rental market is pretty scary.

It always feels slow no matter how fast it is going.

On the market cycle, we have slowed down a little.

I use to honestly get a little upset because I was feeling it was going to make investing harder for me or I was going to have to sit back until this trend slowed down or stopped.

They're a little pricier than traditional conventional rates, but with good credit they are in the high 6's, low 7's on a 30 year fixed. 

There is definitely a winter slow down here in Cleveland.
