If you are serious about buying into a tenant in common program and would like some choices from respectable and trustworthy people in the industry email me and I will get you in touch with someone who has a perfect reputation and has been in business fro over 20 years.

By this I mean be respectful of others, watch what you say and be open to connecting.

The buyer can get a copy from the county or the seller, you can leave that issue alone in that respect.

If you maintain your properties and are respectful, honest, and courteous to your tenants, you would never get labelled with that term.

I had such a huge respect for you.

I am here to treat people with kindness and respect.

Hopefully they're respect that.

It's not necessarily a bad thing, but my favorite people to do business with are those that come by direct referral from someone whose opinion I respect and trust.
