Hi all, I am just starting on my real estate investing journey with my current primary residence in the extended suburbs of Minneapolis.

Haven’t found dead bugs or signs of roaches anywhere else in the house.Now I’m aware this is very normal and just part of the fun of home ownership, but I’m trying to decide if I should hire a professional or just bug bomb the whole place myself.It’s a very old home in a older part of town, C class neighborhood in Minneapolis.

I looked at Minneapolis, Portland, and Dallas.

I have seen it happen in Minneapolis and I am sure it happens in most cities.

Hey, my wife & I are Dallas based, we currently own 5 rentals in Minneapolis but are looking to diversify with a rental in Fort Worth Area and looking for recommendations from any agents/investors on the area.

So I am willing to absorb a little bit of a loss.That being said, the property is 2 hours from Minneapolis and 1.5 hours from Eau Claire Wisconsin.

I recently listened to the Zeona McIntyre podcast and it prompted me to look into this as I was preparing to purchase another duplex in the Minneapolis area.
