I believe we are in the transition period where not enough AI has become commonplace yet to where most of the population is OK with having the possibility of their movements in and out of their apartments monitored by others.

The bank doesn't monitor county records to determine when a property changes hands.

I have out of state rehab projects ongoing and want a timesheet-type tracker to know when the workers are on site and where they are (GPS type).

The home inspection report says 'the crack should be filled in and monitored for possible future maintenance', so maybe it isn't a big deal, but would this be something that could cause a large bank appraiser to default on the loan? 

I would not want monitoring of a detached home by Owner when occupied.

I've invested in areas where I had a close friend and done vacation rental because they were there to monitor it so it can work.
