Need help making some banking connections in these areas that are investigator friendly, etc.

Hud or the FSM does not investigate further as to the cause of the issue.  

I'm investigating a storage unit facility that's available near me.

I am interested in a number of out of state locations (and I'm sure each of has your eye on a number of places as well) so it makes sense to me that we should partner up locally to share our knowledge of other cities, share data, plan trips to investigate, etc.  

However, I strongly would advise you to be very diligent and complete a thorough investigation to confirm all the facts.  

I have 3 target areas that I am investigating and want to set up some meet and greets with local agents to figure out who we want to work with.  

I'd pay a real estate agent in that area,  or a property manager money to go investigate them.

Regarding inspection cost, for someone investigating such a property, I would think it would be possible to for a much lower fee, say a couple of hundred, to do a  quicker investigation of the property.  

I think the first thing you should do is investigate a 1031 exchange.

I thought about posting a for-sale sign in the front lawn but it feels a little sketchy to do that in this neighborhood.Has anyone in the Bay Area ever tried hiring a private investigator to find someone who is trying to stay off the grid?
