I am interested in a number of out of state locations (and I'm sure each of has your eye on a number of places as well) so it makes sense to me that we should partner up locally to share our knowledge of other cities, share data, plan trips to investigate, etc.

Regarding inspection cost, for someone investigating such a property, I would think it would be possible to for a much lower fee, say a couple of hundred, to do a  quicker investigation of the property.
