Aside from giving away many hundreds of hours here on BP helping others, my company Barnard Enterprises, Inc. has also donated to the Make A Wish Foundation, given used products like toilets, ovens, dishwashers, etc. to charities, and also given charitable cash donations to needing families here locally for Christmas.Pick a cliche, "Its the thought that counts" / "Its better to give than receive" / "Give and you shall receive" - I believe in all of them and I also believe that those who give seem to get back.

If you close in the LLC name mountain enterprises LLC then you have to close using the mountain enterprises LLC.There has to be 2 separate closings you can use transactional funding for the first close or find someone willing to loan you the money.

Over disclosure is allways good.In California a real estate broker or salesperson shall disclose their Bureau of Real Estate license number, "When engaging in acts for which a license is required".You have to be careful here, but to open negotiations to buy someones house, you do not have to tell them that you are licensed.
