I emailed him Sunday regarding notices I received re electricity getting shut off soon due to lack of payment and a $100 fine because of excess garbage put in the front of the property.

I assume it's just the bigger stuff and single family homes (electrical, roofing, etc) but just want to make sure as I want everything done the right way (not always common here in Miami.)

How old is the home- are you incorporating longer term rehabs- like roof, plumbing, windows, electrical and Heating/ & AC?

Ill need to do medium rehab on 2 x 1/1s and a studio approx 1300 sq ft in total. kitchens/bath/floorings probably some electrical since its an older building.
